Cache poisoning
When server DNS is obliged to ask another DNS server for theIP address a domain subject of an application, which is the most general case, it temporarily stores (2 days on average) the result in its cache. This allows him to immediately provide that number if a new application. Since this cache is designed to receive information from outside, it is conceivable that if there is a security vulnerability on this server, it is possible for an attacker to insert a known domain name (eg www.google. com) and make it match the number IP another site (or Web site pornographic trapped sending malicious programs).

A visitor using this DNS server will be redirected to the bomb instead of reaching the requested site (Google in this example).

This attack by cache poisoning.
