DAS
Any mobile phone is characterized by its DAS or Flow d 'Absorption Specific (SAR or Specific Absorption RateIn English). The DAS is the maximum level of radio waves which the user of this phone can be exposed. The measurement is performed by operating the device at its maximum power according to a European standard.

The actual exposure of the user of a mobile phone is generally lower than the DAS device, because mobile phones rarely work at their maximum power. It never exceeds the DAS. According toWHONo health hazard has been established following exposure of the head 2 W /kg. This limit was set with a high safety margin to cover potential long term effects.

Dashboard
Dashboard is one of the new features in Tiger, the latest version of Mac OS X. The Dashboard is an "additional screen" that appears and disappears at will over the traditional screen.

It can store small applications used occasionally (calculator, post-it ...) or funny (view the weather, take a commercial flight weather real ...) without cluttering it provided the main screen.

These applications are called widgets and is actually a blend ofHTMLOf CSS and JavaScript (and occasionally a compiled language). Apple provides several default, but of course anyone can write and already the site of passionate bloom of widgets original.

DAT
Small cassette that records and plays audio files digitally, with the quality of a CDOr better.

Datagram
Technology Packet switchingIn which each packet contains all information necessary for its routing. Unlike Mode virtual circuitThe datagram mode does not guarantee order arrival of packets.
