Gost
(GOST 28147-89 actually)
Symmetric cipher block of 64 bits using 256-bit key, developed in the former Soviet Union.

LPG
Agreement which regulates the distribution of FOSS so that the programs and any derivative works are distributed with source code. Under the agreement, each person is free to distribute, market and modify a Software since it guarantees free access to source code and it respects copyrights. Richard Stallman developed the license LPG to include sustainable freedoms software distribution in the project GNU.

GPRS
