Peering
Agreement between two or more providers of local access InternetWho agree to interconnect their networks in order to exchange data traffic, so avoid using equipment for interconnection of major national and international suppliers.
Agreements peering between local suppliers are intended both to increase the speed of data transmission and, secondly, to avoid having to pay large sums to the operators of large networks.


MEP
(Privacy Enhanced Mail) Mail Privacy improved
Protocol that provides secure e-on Internet (RFC 1421 - 1424), including services Encryption, Authentication, integrity messages, and Key Management. EMP uses Certificates X. 509.

 

SCART
Also called SCART. Taken multifunction that can carry a video signal in composite, S-Video or RGBA stereo audio signal and remote control commands in both directions. A scart connecting the VCR to the TV and allows to fit the signal to save and exit the signal by a single cord.

 

Perl
Pratical Extraction and Report Language - is the programming language most used for writing CGI scripts. It is very suitable for handling strings and files.
