Wiki

WiMAX
WiMAX is an initiative and a consortium, WiMAX Forum, which amounted in 2003 to enable convergence and interoperability standards between networks without son before self: HiperMAN proposed in Europe by theETSI (European Telecommunications Standards Institute), and 802.16 proposed by theIEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers).

WiMAX is an answer for wireless connections to high -flow on coverage areas of several kilometers, allowing use in fixed position or mobility.

It is mainly a set of standards being developed, with enthusiasts who are already creating products and deploying networks, and skeptics who think that the failure of the local loop radio in recent years will be repeated with WiMAX.

Windows 7
Microsoft Windows 7 (Microsoft Windows NT 6.1) is the latest version of the Windows operating system from Microsoft that succeeds Windows Vista. The code names Blackcomb and Vienna were attributed to him during his development. Windows 7 has the kernel improved its predecessor, with the heavy task of washing the failure committed by his elder.

Microsoft Windows Vista (Microsoft Windows NT 6.0) is the latest version of the Windows operating system from Microsoft that succeeds Windows XP. During its development, this version was known under the codename Windows Longhorn until the unveiling of the official name, July 22, 2005.

Vista has been marketed for professionals (only for holders of a specific license) Thursday, November 30, 2006 on the platform for downloading Microsoft, January 30, 2007 for the general public with early versions boxes.

Vista comes in three versions, the Premium, Business and Ultimate, which must be added the Basic version, designed for slower machines.
