With the continuous deepening of enterprise information technology, many companies have product data management (PDM, ProductDataManagement) system as a product engineering, information management and integration platform, unified storage and management of product design, process and resource information. This information is the enterprise resource planning (ERP, Enterprise Resource Plan-ning) system, running on the work of an important input. Between PDM and ERP system, there are a lot of information sharing phenomenon exists. Therefore, PDM and theERPSystems to achieve information integration, not only make the product design and manufacturing process more smoothly, but also to avoid duplication of information input which may bring about errors, accurate transmission of information to promote enterprise-wide design and manufacturing departments work together.
