If the one-sided manner to pursue the amount of information or the accuracy of workshop will not only cause difficulties in plant information integration and decision-making efficiency is not high, but also lead to a lack of adequate MES agility and intelligence, so that enterprises can not adapt to an increasingly uncertain market environment.
So, to say, MES not just for ERP services, it is for the manufacture of on-site personnel services. If companies have production processes, it means that the node has the responsibility of this aspect, we need to deal with the complexity of different operations, also may need to focus on different features of the MES software tools. Executive function, even more obvious in the workshop process industries (such as petroleum chemical industry), the current MES applications are constantly stressed the KPI monitoring.
