Application and Implementation studied in this paper made between PDM and ERP systems integration of information is already used in the practical application of an enterprise to implement. The enterprises to adopt the U.S. UGS's Team Center Engineering (TC Eng) software as its PDM system. This article describes the use of an integrated approach, the company realized that the PDM system and an ERP system is being applied between the information integration. In the application practice, the use of the product structure within the system TC Eng Editor (PSE, Product Structure Editor) module of the product BOM editing and management of information used by the host research group developed an integrated process design and management system (IPPM, Integrated Process Planning and Management) carried out the design process. The use of two modules to complete the structure of BOM insert, delete, structural adjustment, refinement decomposition operations, as well as the BOM automatically inherit the attributes and reasoning derived operations. The completion of the module-based PSE Process decomposition and the detailed process design based on IPPM functions were realized from the EBOM to PPBOM with PPBOM to MBOM conversion, and ultimately the output of the MBOM information. TCEng system through the conversion of BOM information to achieve with the ERP systems are integrated information about the semantics of exchange. The TCEng with the ERP system integration in a proactive approach to PDM completed the transmission of information to the ERP system. In accordance with the definition of an integrated information model, in the ERP system, including parts and components to establish basic information, MBOM structure, MBOM change, raw materials, basic information, basic information technology such as the contents of an open database by TCEng integrated information system will be written to open database corresponding data in the table to complete the integration of information flow to achieve the integration of information between the two systems.   Conclusion   In this paper, PDM systems and ERP systems integration between the information needs analysis, summarizes the contents of integrated information, to discuss the information transfer mode and integrated way. Between PDM and ERP systems through an integrated information model, standardized integration between PDM and ERP systems the definition of information, providing a wide range of application of the definition of an integrated information approach and integrated information model. To convert the information presented in this paper BOM solution to the PDM and ERP systems integration of information semantic inconsistencies. Through the research content in the enterprise PDM and the practical application of ERP system implementation, not only verify the integration method proposed in this paper and the feasibility of information control to solve multi-application enterprise data sharing between systems, integration and consistency issues, but also for integration between PDM and ERP systems provides a feasible solution.
