If phase two was the most critical, this phase is the'-'most difficult. It is in this phase that the project schedule maYfounder. In the previous phases the project team was concerned with designing and detailing which involved in a lot of paper work. In phase three the ~bjective is to do the work as per the project plan. In this phase, the project team will do the following activities (the list is by no means an exhaustive one):t Load the initial data Develop, test and place the customization into operation Develop and test the interfaces and place them into operation . Document the new procedures associated with the system . Test the new test environment to Train the end-users.
