The aforesaid Fonn I must be duly certified by a chartered accomltant or a company secretary or accost accountant practicing hi ludia or by the auditors of tlie company
(ii) Every company shall a certificate along With its Anuual Return to the effect thatwllole of dividend remaining unpaid or unclaimed for a period of three years from die date of t no nsfer to t he special account, nainely, 'IJ npaid Divi dend Account' has been t na n s Erred to the Getleral Reve Accou l: t of the Central Govermiicnt as required under Section 205A(5)
(ii l! Every shall also inform the slr.u clip ders concerned about the particulars of the dividend transferred to the Generai Revenue Account of the Central Government. along with the notice of the Atmual Gcncral Meeting.

3 Maintenance oi account by the Registrar The Regisrrar Companies shall cause to be maintained in his erp office separate accounts m respect of each cornparty whose unpaid dividends and interest thereon, if any, are transferred to the General Revenue Account of the Central Governrr,ent ,'
4. Claim for paynient
(it Aly person ciairling to be entitled to any tnoney transferred to the said Geueral revenue Account of the Govermnent shall make an application for an order for payment of the money claimed in Form 11, prescribed for this purpose in the Rules, to the Registrar of Companies concerned under his own signature or through a person holding a power of attor toy
(ii) On receipt of the application referred to above, the Registrar shall erify from his records and certify whether the claimant is entitled to the money claimed bv him
(iii) Where the claimant's title to the aforesaid money has been
established to the satisfaction of the Registrar, the Registrar may direct the claimant (not being the Ceut Government, a State Government a Government company or a public finanaal instihltion the meaning of Section 4A of the Act or a local authority) to execute an mdenmity bond with or u ithout surety Ml Form 111, prescribed for this purpose in the Rules or as near thereto as may be, on a nonjudicial stamp paper of the vahle payable in the S ate of
