Outsiders also are entitled to inspect it during business hours on payment of proscribed fee for each irspection (See 304). Ihe Compalues Act also requires tlrat the Registrar of Companies should keep separate register containing particulars received in respect of managerial personneL This register can be inspected by the public on pay taint of prescribed fees (Sec. 306)
