(iii) Availability of experienced and trained sta f.
(hi)' increased output because of ulliforn sty, standardization and experienced and well-tramed staff
(I ) Contitluity of policy and approach to customers and others with whom the erp office is in correspondence.
(I i) Acqnisition of intimate knowledge of customer's a and other's requirements, sliortcomings. lis dislis, etc. which help in, establishing a close relation thereby rn building goodwill.
Disalvnntages of centralized correspondence. However. everything is not in favour of centralized correspondence. it lacks also and hence the dlsadvantagcs. nhicll are as enumerated below:
(i) I Interruption in Idle fimction i rig orconcemed funcbonal departments by the staff of the correspondence section for obtaining the informations ol for verifying, chec etc. Thi s mav be frequent and ma become a cause of irritation as well.
(ii) Loss of time and delay because the correspondence section cannot work on its own. Drafts are to be approved by the concerned functioltal departments. Tltey are to be signed by the concerned departniettts. A frequent reference is possible. This n ay also become a cause of unnecessary irritation and therefrom friction and straitlcd relations may deN elop
(iii) WeaX and sometimes inaccurate correspondence. This . En of simple reason that it is not expected from the corresp= - e- staff lo know all the tech nice lilies.
