Typing Pools. (vi) Continuing during absence of typist(s) may not cause am interruption as other typists who are present may take over the responsibility of those who are absent. Moreover, tile work of absent typist(s) may easily be evenly distributed.

But the above does not prove that the typing pool does not suffer from disadvantages. It does suffer from the following disadvantages:
