Initial screen to maintain the personal data
Within a client, the personal number is the only clear key to the identification of an employee. It is both for the as well as for the maintenance of master data and data of an employee's working hours (using "info types") is required.
For transactions

The search and selection of objects controlled by the object manager. It provides a comfortable user interface through different transactions and components. In addition to the work area (in the right part of the picture) provides the object manager in the left part of the user interface a search scope (with push buttons to search) and a selection area (for displaying the hit list) to.
1. From the SAP menu path PERSONNEL | HUMAN RESOURCES |
ADMINISTRATION | STAFF CHIEF | CARE and click twice
"Maintain".
2. Click the Search button on the collective such aid.
A collective such aid is offered in the familiar form.
3. Select an elementary search help, enter your selection criteria
and click on the Print button.
The hit list is displayed in the selection area.
4. Double-click on a personal number, the information you maintain want.
These data are incorporated in the work area, where you can now continue working.
Note With the help of the usual (already used several times) pushbuttons they come back again.Within the search area for the search button a full text search and the pushbutton Free search an HR-specific complex search function provided. |
