Clipboard

To view the contents of several fields (possibly different field types) in the
Clipboard assume (and external programs, eg Microsoft Word) to edit further, click the button LAYOUT MENU the System toolbar and select the menu CLIPBOARD |
Select All. The pointer takes the form of a cross. Now click in a corner of the rectangular area to be marked, hold the left pressed mouse button, drag the cursor to the opposite corner, and then release the left mouse button. Field Help and Technical Information
Behind most fields, a field help (F1 help, Quick is deposited), you by clicking on the button (if the button exists) or may be accessed by pressing the function key (F1).

The data element "SYMANDT" appears in the ABAP Dictionary. In the tab "type" you will see the associated domain with information about the field length and data type. On the scroll bar they realize that only a part of this tab and a part of the round radio buttons is displayed.

8. Click the Back button in the System button on the toolbar.
The technical details of the field "Client will be" re - displayed.

9. Click the Cancel button.
The field assistance of the field "Client appears."

10. Click the Close button.
The status window will appear.

11. Click the Cancel button.
You are back at the starting point.


Keyword Exits

Exits are a key provided in the SAP standard way to help box, custom adapt. If the documentation for a data element of the ABAP Dictionary and expanded assistance, call the box this data element, then the extension in place of or in addition appears to SAP documentation.

Therefore, it may happen that the field help your company's SAP R / 3 look somewhat different than shown in this book.
