Job Description / Responsibilities:
Project execution as per schedule.
Co-ordination with Clients, Internal departments such as Design, Purchase, Production and Materials Department for smooth execution of project.
Leading the project team for safe and speedy completion of work.
Planning and Scheduling of anchor bolt casting, painting, erection, sheeting and alignment of structure as per Drawings.
Co-ordinate and ensuring the timely availability of material required for the job and verification it with Bill of quantity.
Raising, checking and forwarding of bills of client and erectors.
Implementation and up-keeping of records as per ISO norms.
Maintain health, hygiene and safety at the site.
Collect the Job completion certificate from the client.
Final collection of payments from the clients.
Desired profile of the candidate ;
1-8 years of experience in planning, scheduling, tracking & monitoring of projects involving STEEL STRUCTURES and civil structures for industrial and commercial buildings. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in erection of Pre- Engineered Buildings.
Should have exposure of MS Projects and Primavera and/or any Oracle based softwares of developing internal control mechanism for project tracking. Exposure to ERP would be an advantage.
Ability to read and implement structural drawing, BBS etc.
Knowledge of 5 S, TQM and 6 Sigma tools is desirable.
Pleasing personality with excellent inter-personal, effective communication and co-ordination skills are desirable.
