Skill & Job Requirements: 12-15 years of experience in the Health Plans, HMO, PPO, Managed Care ,PBM domain. In-depth understanding of product development processes ( Claims Adjudication , Enrollment, Benefit Plan Admin, Medical Billing, Pricing, Payment, Drug Utilization Review, Formulary creation, and Regulatory Affairs). Demonstrated experience in providing services to health insurance companies and pharmacy organizations having focused Payer/PBM operations
Has a thorough understanding of the players in the Payer/PBM industry especially on their strengths and weakness
Thought leader in the Healthcare Industry( Ex Directors), Proven Health Care Industry Experience. Worked with some of the major Health insurance companies.
Understanding of the health plans and the its relation with PBMs
Experience in handling business development activities for large IT/BPO outsourcing initiatives in Payer/PBM arena.
Certifications-Added plus
Ability to communicate, present and network with CTO, VP/Directors levels within client organizations.
Knowledge of technology-- Experience with the IT implementations in the Payer/PBM industry - Added Plus
Ability to drive Innovative solutions/service lines beyond account boundaries.
Knowledge of Regulations and Compliances Initiatives (HIPAA, SOX, MITA)
Should be a self motivator, who will help in coming up with strategies and solutions for gaining entry and growing the Payer accounts
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification: MBBS
Experience: >10 YEARS
Skills: will be responsible for the entire development & growth of the Payer division. Work closely with the sales team /Offshore Practice/Delivery teams to position innovative process-based solutions & services which meet the needs of the industry. Support on all presales initiatives and deliverables. Work closely with the other business units in the organization and with the Delivery teams .Willingness to travel
Drive sales and business development initiatives and responsible for revenue growth in Payer arena.
Help Creating Domain Competency and create a Team with stronger process knowledge.
Collaborate with Solution team to design innovative solutions in Payer/PBM industry
Support the Delivery stream in terms of functional needs in programs/projects.
Participate in client meetings, presentations. workshops
