Job Description
• 4-5 years of functional experience in implementing Oracle CRM modules (Sales, Field Sales, Telesales, Service, depot repair, service contracts, teleservice, marketing, trade management)

• Atleast 2 full-cycle implementation experience in R12

• End to end implementation (System study to go-live) experience

• Knowledge on integration between CRM and OM, AR and GL

• Support from offshore / offsite is not good enough (including Oracle support people)

• No techno-functional; need pure functional consultants

• People willing to travel in India and abroad and relocate to Chennai

Good communication and presentation skills

SAP Authorization consultant

Job Description
Job Description: Responsibilities:
 
Day to Day SAP Authorization, Role/Profile development, support and manage SAP authorizations.

o Accountable for authorization issue and problems solving.

o Role/Profile analysis for tcode/object allocation.

o Good skills on Composite roles, Derived roles and Custom Function Modules.

o Expertise in SAP R3, BW/BI, APO, Portal authorization concept.

o SU53 dump analysis and role modification.

o Nice to have security tools knowledge e.g. GRC tools.

o Good production support experience. SAP security.

o Good skllis on Microsoft product like Excel, Word etc.

o Familiar with industry ticket tools like Peregrine, Remedy etc.

o Good communication and follow up skills with user community across the globe.

o Should be able to work in Shift (24x7) independtly, odd hour's and Holidays (incase of requirement).

o Monitoring incident and problem Queues, allocating work and seeing it through completion

o Weekly, monthly security reports preparation.
Key performance areas:
 Should be able to coordinate with global team and service SLAs for central user access request management

 Ensuring continuity of SAP authorization support and continuous improvement.

 Good understanding of SAP Environment security concept and management.

 Team working (interaction with lots of different teams – Regional data centres , Local support)

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

 2.5 to 4 years+ of SAP user administration, security experience as consultant.

 Hands on experience in SAP security, SoD tools, Authorization management, User administration in the areas of design, implementation and sustenance / maintenance across multiple environments with a large group of end users

 Exposure to big global SAP projects for SAP security support.

 Operational business experience (or good awareness)
Essential
 Able to follow instructions and willing to take on new responsibilities and learn new skills.

 Role/Profile analysis for tcode/object allocation.

 Expertise in SAP R3, BW/BI, APO, Portal authorization concept

 Technical architecture & system landscape design and sustenance experience

 Self-motivated and able see tasks through to completion to required quality and timescale
