Major Responsibilities
• Acquire new customers
• Achieving sales targets.
• Improving market share in target verticals
• Work with the objective of strengthening and expanding the reach in Enterprise segment
• Alignment of business strategy and field sales requirement, understanding geography+ verticals + size + offering mix.
• Responsible for collections
Specific Requirement
• The position requires candidate to be strong sales & target oriented with a consultative soultion based approach. Ideal candidate should be from large consulting firms including the Big five offering high end consulting solutions viz.IT Strategy Consulting, practice development (ERP) for a domain, selling and managing multi-million dollar ERP implementation initiatives.
• Experience of acquiring customers in the verticals of Manufacturing / Logistics / HRM / Aviation / Asset Management / Banking and Finance / e Governance etc.
Competencies Required
• Experience in handling large accounts and opportunities
• Successful Sales track record
• Should have carried a target of 2 Crore to 4 crore
• Should be Individual contributor
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Self-starter who can work effectively in a changing environment

QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
Engineering Graduate + MBA wiith minimum post qualification experience of 6 yrs+ in selling solutions and services to large corporates with good insight experience in and surrounding areas.
