High level technical expertise is expected. ERP or software selling experience will be preferred. Experience and exposure in global market place will be an added advantage. Candidates with experience in IT Industry will be given preference.
Understand Client requirement, researching on potential companies, creating a list of Target companies/competitors areas where relevant candidates can be hired from, and executing the Job requirements given by clients and providing them relevant resumes of candidates interested in the job and ensuring the client hires the candidates referred thereby generating Gross Revenue as Targeted. èHunt and Exhaustively, Search for right candidates through multiple tools.
