Background

• SME / BA for Capital Markets and pursuits

• Ensure that the technical solution meets the client’s specified business needs, by liaising with the client’s business analysts while being a part of the IT delivery team

Key requirements of the position (Must Haves)

• Proficient in Capital Market and Securities Operations ( Collateral Management ,Securities Lending)

• Practioner is Collateral Management, Securities Lending, Tri party Investment Management .

• Experience in requirements gathering and management ( including use of object oriented techniques – Use cases , UML etc)

• Client facing experience on assignments in the North American and/ or European markets

• Willingness to travel at short notice for short term (up to 6 months)

Job Description
Customer co ordination for Quality and Development., Incoming, In-process, final inspection and testing, Coordination for improvement activities such as quality circle , kaizen. Preparation of process flow diagram, APQP, PPAP and FMEA of products.
Desired Candidate Profile
BE/B-Tech or Diploma(Mech., Automobile, Production Engg.Ect.) with 14 to 22 Years Experience.

On Demand Lead

1. Integration Between Siebel and other application based on the requirement

2. Team Management

3. Preparation of Design documents

4. Understanding business requirement from integration prospective

5. Testing

Desired Profile 
* 4 to 7 years experience in implementing Siebel Applications

* Ability to conceptualize end to solution and define

* At least 3 years in Siebel on-demand experience

* Should be conversant with configuration, scripting, workflows, assignment manager and EIM.

* Experience of l Upgarde

* Able to interact with client at various levels of management (CFO, CIO, Director)

* Able to manage client's expectations

* Experience in leading Siebel implementation projects, with fundamental project management skills.

* Able to conduct Discovery workshops

* Able to interact with client business analysts/process analysts to translate requirements into Siebel functional and technical system designs.

* Able to technology gap assessment between “as-is” and “to-be design” for the project.

* Should be able provide effort estimates for implementation.

• Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
