Job Description
The candidate should have relevant post-MBA experience in the following areas:
Defining IT strategies and roadmaps using a structured methodology
Business and IT strategy alignment
Application portfolio analysis including assessment of business impact and relevance
Defining SOA strategies and roadmaps for clients or SOA governance models
Process mapping and analysis with the objective of assessing level of IT support
Process mapping and analysis with special reference to IT service management processes
Assessing and / or defining IT governance and control mechanisms
Defining and / or assessing enterprise architectures including application architecture and deployment architectur
Developing cost-benefit cases for IT investments
Redesign/optimization of the IT organization and service delivery functions (IT Transformation)

IT Performance Management Skills
• Deep experience with:
IT Governance/ IT Organization Design
Application Portfolio Management
Project Portfolio Management
IT Effectiveness (CBM-BoIT, PRM-IT, ITIL)
IT Cost Management and Benchmarking
Sourcing strategy / IT operating model
Developing cost-benefit cases
CIO advisory
• The ideal candidate should also have the following characteristics
Business processes and environment of at least one industry
Strong understanding of business impact of technology

Strong client-facing skills
Excellent communication skills
Interest in technology and keeping up-to-date with technology trends
Global Exposure
Minimum 15 years of education required
Total 11 to 14 years of experience required
