RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides support to sales/ service organisation in the area of enterprise communication solutions.
Writes Sows and solution proposals.
Understand customer needs, translate them into Avaya solutions and price the solutions based on the market intelligence.
Identifies, analyzes, and resolves complex problems with business communication systems.
Contributes significantly to client satisfaction and interfaces with clients for new opportunities.
After analysing new opportunities, presents technical issues to consultants and pulls together overall solution.
Provides solutions to a diverse range of complex business problems.
Desired Candidate Profile
KEY SKILLS
Excellent Communication skills.
Presentation skills and customer handling skills required.
Typically requires 6-8years of experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Exposure to Call Centre/ IP telephony Required.
Exposure to Avaya system is a big plus .
