Job Description
• Reviewing contract documents and Specification.
• To determine & compile cost comparison as per budget against actual on monthly basis.
• Preparation of progress payment for sub contractors.
• Providing feed back to Contracts Manager or Contract Department Head for evaluation against claims / variations.
• Verifying of Sub contractors monthly interim payment certificates.
• Calculation of Cost Escalations as per contract conditions.
• Coordinating with Site execution team , consultant & client.
• Evaluation of Variations & Finalizing the same
• Analysis of Rates
• To prepare the control sheet for further negotiation with the contractor against each package submitted.
• Delay & Extension of time analysis
• Evaluation of Main Bill / Invoice to the client
• Checking / Verification of the Sub Contractors Invoice
• Daily / Weekly / Monthly Progress Reports
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications : BE or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience :The candidate should have a Work experience of 5 to10 years or more in Calculation of Cost Escalations as per contract conditions, Checking / Verification of the Sub Contractors Invoice, Maintaining daily / Weekly / Monthly Progress Reports, etc.
Good Personality and Communication skills are a must. |
