ERP Quantity Surveyor

Job Description
• Reviewing contract documents and Specification.

• To determine & compile cost comparison as per budget against actual on monthly basis.

• Preparation of progress payment for sub contractors.

• Providing feed back to Contracts Manager or Contract Department Head for evaluation against claims / variations.

• Verifying of Sub contractors monthly interim payment certificates.

• Calculation of Cost Escalations as per contract conditions.

• Coordinating with Site execution team , consultant & client.

• Evaluation of Variations & Finalizing the same

• Analysis of Rates

• To prepare the control sheet for further negotiation with the contractor against each package submitted.

• Delay & Extension of time analysis

• Evaluation of Main Bill / Invoice to the client

• Checking / Verification of the Sub Contractors Invoice

• Daily / Weekly / Monthly Progress Reports

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications : BE or Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience :The candidate should have a Work experience of 5 to10 years or more in Calculation of Cost Escalations as per contract conditions, Checking / Verification of the Sub Contractors Invoice, Maintaining daily / Weekly / Monthly Progress Reports, etc.

Job Description
They are then looking for Operations Manager – SAP Support to be based at Bangalore with solid business background, eager to join this project and interested by career opportunities with them.

1.         Ideal candidate will have 13 – 15 years of experience 10 years+ of SAP implementation experience with at least 6 years as Project Manager

2.         Must have hands on experience with implementation and sustenance / maintenance across multiple environments with a large group of end users

3.         Must have experience in managing large group of sub-contactors enabling seamless delivery of system support work

 
Desired Candidate Profile
4.         Must have exposure to big global SAP projects in lead position with teams spread throughout the globe and in-site / off-shore organization

5.         Must have Operational business experience (or good awareness)

6.         Must have good understanding of CMM / ITIL processes, global support processes, tools and implementation methods

7.         Must have wiling to travel few trips abroad & within India
