Project Manager – O&G

Job Description
 To coordinate the assigned project, ensuring timely completion with in the budget and meeting Quality and HSE standards along with review and comments on project documents.

 Participate and Coordinates all activities of project from initial stage to completion including the work of licensors, PMC, engineering consultants and contractors.

 Should closely coordinate with end-users through out the execution of project up to the stage of final acceptance.

 The major challenge is to ensure the completion of the project on time while meeting the design intent, project specification, within budget and complying to HSE and Quality standards.

To function as technical expert and coordinator in the Management of project.

 Should participate in development of tender document for the selection of the engineering consultant, PMC and contractors.

 To provide professional expertise in the selection of contractors with particular emphasis on pre-qualification, bid evaluation etc., and site management in relation to site arrangement, overall logistics, etc., to participate and assist in the development of detailed statement of requirements (SOR) and strategy for implementation of various project phase, such as FEED, detailed engineering, construction and corrective action to ensure smooth and timely completion of each project.

 To review contractors subcontracting strategy plans, specifications, methods and procedures for contraction are in accordance with the scope of work, specification etc., to ensure that state of art technology is applied in the selection of equipment, material, system, work methods, testing etc.,

 Apply cost effective solutions and application of value added in the area of construction strategy, plan, specifications, method and procedure throughout the assigned project.

 To follow safety work methods, procedures and installation and review site safety audits plans and lead the team for site safety audit implementation to monitor and manage project completion punch list and ensure that all construction and commissioningactivities are completed.

Desired Candidate Profile
15 -20 years of experience in construction of Oil & Gas projects.Capable of leading team of construction engineers. Should havehandled similar assignment with large EPC Contracting company,(ies) preferably in middle east.

1) Should have very strong understanding of Business Intelligence & Data warehousing, project life cycle Phases and processes.

2) Should have very strong knowledge of implementing best practices in ETL, BI, Data Architecture and Design.

4) Should have very strong knowledge on tuning performance issues while loading high volume of data and while generating reports.

5) Should have expert knowledge on ETL, OLAP, Data Profile, Data Quality, Meta Data, Data Governance, MDM concepts.

6) Should have experience in Design and Implementation of multiple end to end DWH solutions.

7) Establish architecture standards and institute best practices for development teams

9) Should have expertise data standardization and data modeling (i.e. conceptual, logical and physical model design, experience with ODS, DWH and DM)

Job Description :
1) Candidate should have total of 15 years with 10 years of relevant experience in Oracle DBA.

2) Delivery management of medium to large mission critical production environment

3) DBA practice building and development

4) Strong client interfacing, delivery management and team building skills

5) Will be responsible for setting direction and implementing plans for DBA practice in Infrastructure Management Services.

6) Experience in complete life cycle including Solution development, implementation, migration/Upgradation, transition from onsite and offshore support of at least two large Oracle DBA (1000 databases) projects for global customer.
