Job Description
Handling all the Project Managers of different areas like RAN, CIVIL etc and reporting to CEO.

* To write and review support processes/ procedures

* To define and produce functional requirement specifications

* Together with the Project Manager identify scope and cost estimation

* Lead and perform advisory studies and pre studies

* Participate in customer projects, handling scope, risks, changes and customer expectations

* Define, manage and verify solutions in customer projects, including handling and management of third party products and suppliers

* Identify new business opportunities

Essential Skills
•Minimum of 12 years experience in IT Field for Telecommunications

•Good understanding of Telecom market

•Relevant experience on writing support processes and procedures, etc.

•Good knowledge of Network Design, Administration and Implementation

•Practical experience working with network management/ monitoring systems, preferable

•Good interpersonal, communication skills
Specific requirements :

- Deep knowledge of the Ericsson Core (MSS/GPRS), IN Prepaid, RAN (3G,2G), Ericsson Access tools, and applications in a Core Network environment. (5-8 years experience)

- Ability to design short term and long term solutions to integrate the tools in a global network and get it available in the receiving organization.

- Good in analyze the situation as is and identify possible issue in the IT part of the transfer.

- Fluent English and ability to relate with managers

- Ability to make business case for different solutions in order to allow the steer-co people to take the right decision.

-Precise and effective in the work, respecting the deadline.

SAP Project Managers and Solution Leads: Level (Senior Manager) SAP MM

We are looking for Senior level consultants that can manage two major roles interchangeably - i.e. they will either lead projects or pursuits and the candidate must have proven ability to deliver projects in the capacity of project manager as well as the ability to face clients, craft solutions and drive teams to ensure winning proposals.

Job Description:

1. Leading project teams to deliver end to end project assignments successfully

a. Managing resources and project KPIs

b. People management

c. Scope management

d. Client relationship management

2. Bid Management: Respond to RFI / RFP / Opportunities and facilitate the sales process, resulting in successful leads & winning

proposals. This will include

a. Overall Bid management along with account executive

B.Working with teams for solution designing. Working collaboratively with solution architects and technical consultants for preparing appropriate response to RFP documents.

c. Coordination of deal & solution reviews for go/no-go decisions

d. Leading the estimation and pricing on bidse. Adherence to the review and other internal processes

f. Providing inputs for preparation of winning sales plans and proposals

3. Proposal presentation and participation in Orals

4. Building lasting Client relationships resulting in add-on sales

5. Strong solution content on one or more of SAP modules

Solution Architect/Specialist

Evangelize and drive adoption of latest Embedded platform tools/technologies among leading end users as well as solution integrators. Engaging with Customers and Ecosystem to influence them in competitive scenarios (both Client (x86) and Server platforms (RISC/ EPIC/ x86 ) ) Understand emerging trends in technologies and Customers needs and proactively create Proof points working with the ecosystem and Customers.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

1. Performing the roles of Technical account management and carrying out technical consulting responsibilities with System Integrators & End Users.

2. Be a proactive Evangelist for our client’s technologies by constantly seeking to influence and convince the End users as well as System Integrator to adopt emerging technologies in their nascent stages.

3. Working with leading System integrators in South Asia region to consult with them on solution architecture, optimization and scalability aspects on our client architecture based platforms

4. Provide technical support to System Integrator’s to maximize our client’s architecture in Technical Bids

5. Solution architecture and Server sizing knowledge of Enterprise solution stacks (Core banking, ERP, Telecom OSS /BSS etc) is a must

6. Possess wide knowledge on deployment scenarios of client platforms and be able to relate to the end users in potential benefit of platforms technologies in their business situation.
