ERP Sharepoint Architect / Consultant

Job Description
Should be hands-On & more technical side. Ideally someone worked on Architect / Design on Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 (WSS 3.0), InfoPath, K2 Workflow, SharePoint Designer 2007 and various other .NET components.
a. Responsible for design and architecture of the project and works with design team and Clients to create the needed artifacts
b. Responsible for choosing the needed technology stack based on the functional, non-functional requirements and based on other factors like client drivers, environment and feasibility
c. For package implementations, perform the gap analysis between business requirements and the package features and design the configuration, customizations, extensions, interfaces required to meet the requirements
d. Responsible for identifying and designing dependencies with other systems in the enterprise
e. Is well versed with different ways to document requirements, design and architecture and can chose the right artifacts needed during a project
f. Defines and assesses completeness and quality of documents/artifacts.
g. Experience in Sharepoint or Biztalk or, commerce server is a plus.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate should possess strong skills in Microsoft Server administration and demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft OS environment. Background in SQL Server 2005 and MOSS 2007 is required.
Candidate should have a strong background in reports and analysis, and hands-on experience in the implementation of Performance Point and SQL Reporting and Analysis Services in a MOSS 2007 environment.
Additional required skills include Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 and Microsoft Project Server 2007.
Candidate should have at least 4 years of experience with Microsoft server platforms, as well as demonstrated experience with MOSS 2007.

5+ years experience with Microsoft development tools and technologies (Visual Studio, .Net, C#).

Some SQL Server development experience preferred including SQL Integration Services.
2+ years of WCF development experience.
2+ years of experience developing using the Microsoft Office platform.
Knowledge and understanding of BizTalk Server preferred.

SKU Management Analyst

Job Description
This position will provide assistance to the SKU Management and Pricing team supporting key strategic and global channel business partners in the area of product launches, order processing, and pricing operations. The person filling this role plays a key part in the launch process. The activities this person will perform include working in Oracle, our ERP system to setup part numbers, to manage inventory attributes, setup our Bill of Materials, create item relationships, complete other related setups, ensure product configurations are done correctly, setup bundles, and work in the advanced pricing module to setup discounts, modifiers, etc.
SKU Creation

Create Part Numbers from SKU creation Information Sheet and from direction of SKU Inventory Manager.

Gather Item Attributes from various cross functional teams

Set up Support Product ID

Get Approval for final SKU template

Send new SKUs and pricing to pricing and SKU management team for addition to channel pricelists and for review.

Manage Inventory of SKUs

Work with various teams to ensure accuracy of data created.

Oracle EBS

oCreate new SKUs manually in all instances of Oracle (DEV, TEST, STAGE, and PROD) if required

oValidation and testing of these business functionalities: Item Validation, BOM Configuration, Item

Relationships in all instances of Oracle

BOM setup in all instances of Oracle

Trouble shoot any issues with item setup, item relationships in Oracle

Price updates/changes, additions of items on Oracle pricelists

Manage Inventory of SKUs

Work with FP&A team on best process for updating data and to ensure accuracy of FP&A data for items

Assist with production cutover activities

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications / Work Experience:

•5 years of related industry experience.

•College degree required

•Worked in an Enterprise Software business or for ISV.

•A demonstrated history of consistent and accurate data management preferably in Oracle or related ERP systems such as SAP.

•Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in a prior role

•Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

•Must be detail oriented.

•Must be customer / service oriented and act with a sense of urgency.

•Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.

•Must have excellent Excel Skills

•Working in an Order processing role is a plus

•Working in a Pricing operations role is a plus
