Data Center Manager to lead team of DC Operations & site Infrastructure team for a 24x7 DataCenter Operations. Candidate will be required to

1) Lead the Datacenter operations team for all day to day support activities. Guide them during escalation phase.

2) Know the Datacenter world / latest technologies & apply to the existing DC for better performance.

3) Work wit Site operations team on Cooling / Power Issues & manage capacity.

4) Handle customer visit / support sales team during RFP phase.

5) Pre sales support activities

6) Allign with IBM Global processes & procedures.

7) Cost Recoveries & ways to improve it.

8) Working with Auditors during various Internal / external auditing phase.

Desired Profile 
1) Must have handled at least one DC build project, end to end.

2) Security std of ISO / SAS 70.

3) People Mgmt skills .

4) Knowledge of Unix / NT / ERP / DB.

Quality Control - Engineer

Job Description           
Lead and co-ordinate Quality-related activities on projects during various phases. Review and comment on all inspection reports and/or certificates submitted by third party agencies, or vendors. Prepare detailed inspection reports on quality and discrepancies. Perform Quality Management evaluation of Contractors and Vendors by assessment, visits or bid evaluation. Supervise and approve the development of Contractor and Consultant Project Quality Planning, ensuring that project systems and related procedures preventively address the Assurance of Quality in Design, Procurement and Construction.

Lead Technical compliance Audits by external bodies by chairing Contractor/ PMT/Audit Team meetings. Take part in specification reviews, material requisition reviews and execution procedure reviews to ensure all QA and QC requirements are addressed. Initiate and supervise independent third party testing at Project sites to ensure compliance with Project specifications. Advise on establishment of Punch List System, reviews Mechanical Completion Submissions to ensure that all QC and inspection requirements have been met.

Desired Profile 
Ideally a trained Auditor with certification in Welding Inspection.

• Work with Business and understand/assimilate Business requirements
• Excellent understanding of Business processes in the area of HR and corresponding SAP processes/best practices
• Ability to map business requirements into SAP by way of providing solution design and configuration in the area of SAP HR (ECC 6.0-Human Capital Management)
• Good working experience in **Cross application Time sheet (CATS)**. Area of expertise involve Time recording scenarios, User interfaces, Approval procedure, Time evaluation, Data transfer to other R/3 modules & Integration scenario with Logistics / FICO module
• Write Application design document, Functional Specifications, Configuration document and Training documents.
• Work with technical team (Abap developers) for developing programs and unit testing
Does Unit testing and Integration testing : Prepare Test cases, Perform / coordinate testing, Update test results, Resolve issues
• Assist Business team to perform User acceptance testing
• Work on multiple SAP projects - implementation, upgrade, support, development and consulting
• Excellent communication - written and verbal

Skills – General HR with good HR background. Implementation Experience is an added advantage.
