Desired Candidate Profile

Any commerce graduate with strong exposure in Accounting background & expertise in Accounts Payales / Accounts Receivable / General Accounting track.  Should be an energetic finance professional, willing to contribute largely to the organization. Should be the subject matter expert in accounting and through understanding of one of the following AP, AR, Reconciliations, etc.,

Key Accountabilities

Be able to understand knowledge/learning gaps of the associates during production and cull out the themes
Should have experience of working in F&A operations, transitions, training role
Ability to work with diverse set of stakeholders (customers, associates, operational leaders) to do business and gap analysis, report defects and implement process improvement plan Understand training requirements for a new business and translate them into a training curriculum
Build accounting competency/technical know how in the process
Should have the ability to use knowledge capture, retention and transfer tool
Have working knowledge of ERP (SAP, Oracle)
Be able to create knowledge/training manuals and share with teams

SAP Basis

Experience in Spool management and printer configuration tasks; experience in Transport

Management System

Installation and Upgrade experience required

Go-Live and Production support experience required

Excellent troubleshooting skills

Experience with SAP Solution Manager, SAP PI, and SAP BI administration

SAP Certification a plus

Unix and Linux Administration experience

High Availability solution experience (Oracle RAC, MS Cluster, SQL Server cluster)

SAP User administration experience

Database Management Skills required using SAP or native database tools

Job Description:

This position requires a minimum of 4-years of hands-on SAP Basis administration. Candidates must have demonstrated experience in day-to-day production support, monitoring, Issue Resolution, troubleshooting skills, proactive system analysis and standard SAP Basis administration activities, Performance tuning

Able to follow direction from senior member of team execute to specific daily routine jobs and production monitoring tasks in support of US Client Support needs

Support and maintenance of SAP applications in a Oracle / Linux-Solaris environment and SQL Server / Wintel environments

Research and troubleshooting of advanced problems

Application of SAP Support Packs Stacks and OSS notes

Participate in moves to production activities, SAP installs and upgrades, support package installation and OSS notes implementation

Database patches and upgrades

Job Description

Requirement 1:

With working experience in Oracle environment (modules eAM, SCADA integration etc) and should have worked as a product specialist in a Oracle ERP deployment for Utility segment (Power, Oil/GAS, Energy)

Requirement 2:

a strong Domain consultant, need not have worked in a ERP platform, but must understand Utility segment, specifically Power Segment well.
