The American National Standards Institute (ANSI)decidedin 1963, system of the character code fo information interchange. In 1967International Organization for Standardization(ISO) with almost same ones as the International Standard "ISO 646" of the mark for information interchange which is decided. It is expressedat7 bits, the alphabetical character of 128 types, consists of the number,the sign andthe control code. Butactuallyin order 1 letter 8bits(1byte) with to express, to handle the letter of 256 types it is possible the computer, the letter which differs depending upon the computer manufacturerand the countryis recorded in the extended territory of 128 letters where ASCII has not decided. In US,it is standardized the code which recorded ?? letter in the extended territory as "JIS X 0201"
