The staff and abouterp software PA are pre-set to make together with their employees a location-determination of performance and behavior, cooperation, work situation, as well as professional career and development and agree on this concrete, verifiable goals and measures for the next assessment period. The PA supplements the regular contact and discussion between the employee and the supervisor.
The PA is carried out at least once a year with all employees. The performance and behavior assessment leads to a summary overall assessment. It serves as the basis for determining the salary advancement within the salary class.
The assessment criteria are applied five assessment:
- A + + requirements and goals and significantly exceeded in all important areas
- A + requirements and goals and exceeded significantly in key areas
- A requirements and objectives met
- B meets the requirements and objectives in part
- C requirements and goals in key areas not met
The result of the assessment and the agreed objectives for the new evaluation period are summarized, signed by supervisor and staff and then placed in the personnel file of the person in the institutions. |
